60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Try your BaseCrafted Portable Vacuum Sealer Kit at home for 60 days. If it isn't right for you, return it for a full refund of the product price. You can return it even if you've used it.

How to start a return
1. Email hello@basecrafted.com within 60 days of delivery, with your order number.
2. We'll send you a prepaid return label. Return shipping within the United States is free.
3. Pack the sealer and the bags you received and ship them back using the label.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post it.

Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, email us within 60 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, at no cost to you.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a new order.
